Welcome to Short Course: How to Train Your Riding Posture Using Movement Patterns!
A stable, elegant, and effective seat doesn’t happen by accident—it is built on correct biomechanics. This focused course breaks down the precise movement patterns required to maintain an ideal position in the saddle.
I have hand-picked key lessons and practical, step-by-step training exercises from my online membership program to target rider-specific movement habits. You will learn how to identify your current posture habits, isolate the core muscle groups responsible for stability, and build a routine of off-horse exercises that strengthen your position.
Whether you want to improve your balance, refine your aids, or feel more secure in the saddle, this course gives you the direct tools to create a stronger, softer connection with your horse.
Let’s get started on transforming your riding posture!

My hand aids are right-hand dominant. I have been struggling to fix this, but I couldn't control it when riding. I always "pull" with my right hand. The movement patterns train you to use both hands equally. My symmetry and softness for my aids have improved, and my horse has stopped leaning through the bit. I loved the simplicity of it and the common sense of the patterns. I recommend this training for all riders. It takes some time, but habits take time.
