Welcome to your Muscle Testing Short Course!
I am so glad you’re here. Before we start building strength, we have to find your “weak links.” A weak muscle will have an opposing overactive muscle. This is a muscle imbalance, and it may not be evident unmounted, but it will certainly be or become evident in your riding.
This course is designed to give you a clear baseline of your current posture, strengths, weaknesses, and flexibility. Once you have knowledge of your own musculoskeletal imbalances, you start a program to “fix yourself.
How to complete this course:
Enjoy your testing.

My instructor told me I needed to build my strength and fitness. I tested my riding muscles and found I was weak through the Abs and the lower back, my hip were stiff and i didnt have any pelvic flexibility. The little test here gave me the information to get started on resetting myself for riding. Worth the pittance this course cost.
