Redlight (at 660nm) is absorbed by melanin and oxyhemoglobin and hair at the superficial level, hence, it is ideal for wounds, nerve regeneration, acupuncture point activation, collagen stimulation, and skin conditions.

Near-infrared light (at 850nm). This depth is a common standard wavelength found in many pads and panels.

Research is ongoing and very positive using red and infrared light for health and well-being.

Controlling pain and inflammation allows the movement of joints and muscles.  Active movement has become the primary advice for all chronic conditions.

Care of the Pad

  • There are numerous wires connecting the LEDs. Please handle it with care.
  • Do not fold the pad or stretch it or lay any objects on the pad.
  • Lay flat or roll the pad in a large circle for storage or travel.
  • Use a soft cloth to wipe the surface very carefully.
  • Do not immerse in water or spray anything on the LEDs.
  • Handle the cord inserts with care, do not tug or stretch or bend the leads.
  • Do not sit on the pad or pull it away from the body

Contraindications for Use 

  • Do not apply to a pregnant uterus.
  • Do not apply to an active cancer.
  • Do not use if photosensitive (sensitive to light, or take great care).
  • Do not use it if you are not able to self-monitor symptoms.
  • Do not use injunction with other heating devices, eg hot water bottle, or electric blanket.
  • Do not use on wet, damp, or skin with lotion applied.
