Had I not come across Applied Posture Riding I would have given up riding . Riding was painful after a bad fall , I feared it was the end of my love of riding after being told riding isn’t any good for your lower spine injury. I spent the next few months in a horrible place wondering how I was going to cope. Madly googling for physios or medical professionals that rode themselves and had delt with disc bulges and herniations. I wanted someone that understood the passion of riding. That’s where I came across an article Annie had written about equestrians and lumbar disc injuries. Annie gave me the tools to continue riding. While I’ll never be fixed or be able to do much more then pleasure riding I can still enjoy the pure joy riding gives me with little discomfort.
