It is essential for a horse  rider to think of them as an athlete. Every athlete requires fitness training. A horse  rider is a unique athlete, one that requires specific training, unlike any other sport. I have designed specific exercises for horseback riding. before and after APRMy program Applied Posture Riding is sport specific and is aimed to train the riding muscles for riding. Strength and control in the core abdominal muscles is a must for every rider, you WILL learn this with my program. The core muscles are the key to great riding. Exercises for horseback riding need to focus on this muscle group. My program will teach you how to find, test, strengthen and control this group of muscles. The steps are clear simple and well set out. You will achieve great results. You will learn to apply your new found skills on your horse.
