Horse Riding Posture

The older we get the more difficult it is to change habits and movement patterns. Rider Biomechanics is becoming a popular topic. The horse riding posture requires symmetry, strength, length, and endurance in all muscles. The key muscles are the core muscles. As a Physiotherapist, I have knowledge of the posture and biomechanics of the human body.
My experience as an elite rider gives me skills and knowledge in riding. I have also suffered my own injuries and understand the process of rehabilitation. I understand "No Pain No Gain" is not always the best advice. It is more important to understand why you have pain and HOW TO manage it as a horse rider.
The horse riding posture is not a complicated position but it is much more complicated to train a posture on a moving animal than in a static, grounded position. Balance is the key and How To Balance can be learned.
