Horse Riding Exercises

250px Transversus abdominis

The riding posture requires a strong core. Riding requires many more skills than a Pilates routine can give you. Independent isolation movements is a learned skill. Training your body to be symmetrical and synchronized is a learned skill. General exercises will help your riding but my Applied Posture Riding Program will teach you how to train yourself for horse riding.

The Core Muscles are the key to training the Horse Rider.
